Please note that gift cards, custom or personalized items are not eligible for return. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Note that shipping charges are not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
